Hafa Adai!
By Martie. Filed in My Sacred Life |Well, here we are on the beautiful island of Guam. We arrived yesterday afternoon, and after checking in and getting cleaned up, met a colleague and headed out and to Curry Kebab, an outstanding Indian restaurant for supper.
Today we drove around the island stopping at all our favorite spots. Well, most of them. Spent sometime down at the beach and then went to a Vietnamese restaurant for supper.
It’s now about 6:30 and I’m sitting outside watching the sun sink gently behind a hill, while watching the ocean as well. There is a wonderful breeze and I can’t see how life could be much better than it is at this moment.
It’s time like this, places like this, and making memories that make this part of my sacred life.
This is part of Carla’s “Sacred Sunday” project. You can see more participants here.

It sounds fabulous. My favorite times are by the ocean and I wouldn’t mind some vietnam type food right now either.
